So you get paid while you play, but what now? You want to pay your friend to help you build but don't know how\..

* `/balance` - Shows balance.
* `/pay <name>` - Allows you to pay a player.
* `/pay confirm` - Allows payers to accept payment.
* `/payconfirmtoggle <name>` - Allows you to not have to confirm payment from another player.
* `/paytoggle enable|disable` - Toggles whether you are accepting payments.
